IS POLARIS THE TRUE MAGNETIC NORTH POLE?

I wonder if North, in the context of flat Earth, does look central from completely above, but looks to be exactly the top of this physical sphere, from anywhere within the sphere.

Flat Earth would be the horizontally stable dielectric plane (present between any 2 magnetic poles), in this physical sphere model.

Additionally, looking from completely below (beyond the physical sphere), the south magnetic pole would look in the middle of a circle, however it would actually be the bottom of the physical sphere.

Maybe a compass laid level points to the centre of Gleason’s map (Hyperborea), not because the centre of the physical sphere we’re in is magnetically attractive, but because we live on the dielectric plane, in the northern hemisphere of the whole sphere, so the top of the sphere (magnetic north pole) still pulls the needle toward centre, even while the needle is also being pulled up, at an angle toward Polaris.
