Multiple Arizona voters say their signatures were forged in Libertarian Michelle Martinโs paperwork to run in Arizonaโs 1st Congressional District.
Four people told the Arizona Republic that they had not signed the petition that their signatures were on. In order to appear on the ballot in Arizona, candidates must gain a number of signatures proportional to the number of registered voters in their district.
โThat is definitely not me. Not even close to my signature. Thatโs very upsetting,โ Stephen Riordan, a Phoenix resident whose name and signature were listed on Martinโs paperwork, said.

Trump to Sue Judge in Last-Ditch Attempt to Avert Manhattan Trial
Donald J. Trump, a week away from standing trial in Manhattan on criminal charges that he falsified records to cover up a sex scandal, has indicated he plans to file a lawsuit against the judge overseeing the case.
Donald J. Trumpโs lawyers indicated they would file an action asking an appeals court to delay the first prosecution of a former president. The move is unlikely to succeed.
The lawsuit was not immediately made public, but court records showed on Monday that Mr. Trump was filing an action against the judge, Juan M. Merchan, in an 11th-hour bid to delay the case. An online court docket where Mr. Trump is filing the action showed that the related paperwork was sealed.

Judge denies feds' motion to dismiss Just the News suit for Russia collusion records
A federal judge has denied a motion by the Department of Justice and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to dismiss a suit filed by Just the News editor-in-chief John Solomon seeking to obtain records related to the FBI's investigation of alleged Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.
"Upon consideration of [10] Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as duplicative of the issues and arguments raised in the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment," wrote U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon on March 29. "The Court will address all such issues and arguments together, including the Government's jurisdictional grounds for dismissal, in a future order resolving the summary judgment motions."

For the first time ever, the National Guard conducted an exercise simulating a frantic search for a nuclear dirty bomb at a basketball and hockey arena in Trenton, New Jersey.
What made the exercise different from hundreds of such similar war games held since 9/11 is that purely domestic terrorists were identified as the perpetrators.
By pointing the finger at a โdomestic terrorist groupโ โ that is, Americans โ the U.S. military outpaces not just Hollywood, but also the facts.
Though the FBI says in its fiscal year 2025 budget request to Congress that during 2023, its Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate โdisrupted 42 incidents; made 62 arrests; and had 43 indictments, 56 sentencings and 56 convictions,โ none involved actual nuclear materials or such a dirty bomb. Thereโs no evidence that any domestic terrorist group has ever been well-resourced enough to construct a nuclear dirty bomb. But that hasnโt stopped Washington from building on January 6 to feed its current domestic extremism obsession and fearmongering about it.
