The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush money trial has ordered journalists in court not to report prospective jurors’ answers to questions about their current and former employers.

The answers also will be redacted from court transcripts.

THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. AP’s earlier story follows below.

NEW YORK (AP) — Jury selection in the hush money trial of Donald Trump entered a pivotal and potentially final stretch Thursday as lawyers look to round out the panel of New Yorkers that will decide the first-ever criminal case against a former president.

The selection process took a step back when one of the seven jurors who had been picked, an oncology nurse, said upon further consideration that she was no longer confident she could be impartial. The juror was then dismissed, leaving six on the panel so far, including a software engineer, an information technology professional, a sales professional, an English teacher and two lawyers.

Donald Trump’s legal team says it tried serving Stormy Daniels a subpoena as she arrived for an event at a bar in Brooklyn last month, but the porn actor, who is expected to be a witness at the former president’s criminal trial, refused to take it and walked away.

A process server working for Trump’s lawyers said he approached Daniels with papers demanding information related to a documentary recently released about her life and involvement with Trump, but was forced to “leave them at her feet,” according to a court filing made public Wednesday.

“I stated she was served as I identified her and explained to her what the documents were,” process server Dominic DellaPorte wrote. “She did not acknowledge me and kept walking inside the venue, and she had no expression on her face.”

The encounter, prior to a screening of the “Stormy” film at the 3 Dollar Bill nightclub, has touched off a monthlong battle between Trump’s lawyers and Daniels’ attorney that continued this week as the presumptive Republican nominee’s criminal trial began in Manhattan.

BREAKING: A Polish national has been arrested on suspicion of handing sensitive information to Russia in order to facilitate a possible assassination plot against president Volodymyr Zelensky.

Suspect Paweł K faces up to eight years in prison after he was detained in Poland and charged with 'reporting his readiness to act for foreign intelligence'.

The man was tasked with 'collecting... military intelligence... with information on the security of the Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport' in order to 'help Russian special services plan a possible attack' on the Ukrainian leader, Polish prosecutors believe.

Polish authorities worked with their counterparts in Ukraine during the investigation, leading to Paweł K's detention on Wednesday. The investigation is still ongoing.

A number of attempts on the life of President Zelensky have been reported since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

Spin, spin, spin. Same tired playbook from the dishonest media.

Kari Lake recommended that her supporters be ready to defend themselves in the run-up to the election, and with good reason. We’ve seen what BLM and Antifa do during election years, and we see the crime going on in blue states across the country.

So yeah, Kari is 100% correct. We all need to be prepared for whatever they throw at us in the coming months, and that includes taking advantage of your 2nd Amendment rights.
