BREAKING: Secretary Lloyd Austin ADMITS likelihood of shooting warfare between U.S. service members and Gaza forces soon

GAETZ: โ€œThis is a very telling moment, Mr. Secretary, because you've said something that's quite possible that could happen. Shots from Gaza on our service members, and then the response, our armed service members shooting live fire into Gaza. That is a possible outcome here so that we can become the Port Authority and run this pier, right?

@SecDef AUSTIN: โ€œThat's correct.โ€

A former Secret Service agent sued two news organizations for defamation Tuesday and accused them of publishing stories based on fabricated text messages that he says falsely linked him to Hunter Biden.

Robert Savage, a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service and the Special Agent in Charge of the agencyโ€™s Los Angeles Field Office from 2015-2017, filed the lawsuits in New York against the New York Post and two of its reporters, and the owner and publisher of the Daily Mail.

Savage alleged that the reporters and publications recklessly disregarded information that the text messages, which came from a laptop that purportedly belonged to Hunter Biden, were fabricated. Despite that, they published articles and tweets in 2021 and 2023 that suggested Savage communicated with and met and met with Biden in Los Angeles.

โ€œThere are hundreds of law enforcement officers, the streets are closed down for blocks around the courthouse and the entire district attorneys office is in attendance โ€“ โ€“ their top prosecutors โ€” all for $130,000 payment by a lawyer in 2016? Crime is at an all-time high in New York. The city is unrecognizable to the people who know it the best. Stores are closing left and right because of unthinkable shoplifting - the rest have to cover their items behind locked plexiglass to avoid being ravaged. Kids have been shot in Times Square. Women have been thrown to their death in the subways. Drugs and homelenss are through the roof. No one believes this production is serious. No one believes this isnโ€™t 1000% politically motivated.โ€

DHS docs reveal where paroled migrants under controversial Biden flight program are landing

EXCLUSIVE: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data is revealing the more than 50 cities in the U.S. that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via a controversial parole program for four nationalities โ€” with the vast majority entering the U.S. via airports in Florida.

During an eight-month period from January through August 2023, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program. Of those, 80% of them, (161,562) arrived in the state of Florida in four cities: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa Bay, according to DHS data obtained via a subpoena by the House Homeland Security Committee and provided to Fox News.

The policy was first announced for Venezuelans in October 2022, which allowed a limited number to fly or travel directly into the U.S. as long as they had not entered illegally, had a sponsor in the U.S. already, and passed certain biometric and biographical vetting. The

The Biden administration is considering bringing certain Palestinians to the U.S. as refugees, a move that would offer a permanent safe haven to some of those fleeing war-torn Gaza, according to internal federal government documents obtained by CBS News.

In recent weeks, the documents show, senior officials across several federal U.S. agencies have discussed the practicality of different options to resettle Palestinians from Gaza who have immediate family members who are American citizens or permanent residents.

One of those proposals involves using the decades-old United States Refugee Admissions Program to welcome Palestinians with U.S. ties who have managed to escape Gaza and enter neighboring Egypt, according to the inter-agency planning documents.

TIME Magazine writer Eric Cortellessa acknowledged that the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden rejected the same interview request accepted by former President Donald Trump. As the lengthy interview came to a close, Cortellessa suggested a series of rapid-fire questions to which Trump agreed - but not before he asked if the TIME writer thought that Biden would be able to do the same.

"All right. Do you think you could do this interview with Biden?" the former Republican President asked. Cortellessa responded, "You know, he didn't say yes. So I'm grateful that you're giving me the opportunity." Trump expressed his doubts that Biden would ever accept the interview offer, telling Cortellessa: "He will never say yes, cause he's off. He's off, way off."
