The Supreme Court just delivered some of the most seismic decisions in its history, and presidential immunity wasn't even at the top of the list this week.

In case any in the Truth Community were too taken with the establishment panic pattern to note the underlying dread that overtook the Deep State this weekend, very little of it had to do with Donald Trump or Joe Biden, though the former's Supreme Court picks have been packing quite a punch.

In SEC v. Jarkesy, the court ruled that defendants accused of fraud by the SEC have the right to a jury trial. It may shock you to learn that wasn't standard practice ... just as it may shock you to learn that communist retards are currently lamenting the fact that the Administrative State won't be able to bring as many cases now for fear of running out of budget.

In a separate case, the court overturned the Chevron deference doctrine, moving benefit of the doubt firmly from [them] to us.

We're winning the Story. AND we're winning the war.

Florida prosecutors knew Epstein raped teenage girls 2 years before cutting deal, transcript shows

Florida prosecutors heard graphic testimony about how the late millionaire and financier Jeffrey Epstein sexually assaulted teenage girls two years before they cut a plea deal, according to transcripts released Monday of the 2006 grand jury investigation.

The transcripts were at the center of a court battle for about a decade after media investigations into Epsteinโ€™s ties to the rich and the powerful seems to have allowed him to continue to rape and sex traffic teenagers without ever being sent to prison or serving a serious jail term.

The judgeโ€™s release of the approximately 150 pages came as a surprise as he had scheduled a hearing for next week on when and how to release them. Gov. Ron DeSantis had signed a bill in February allowing the release on Monday or any time thereafter that Circuit Judge Luis Delgado ordered.

The Manhattan district attorneyโ€™s office said Tuesday it would not oppose former President Donald Trumpโ€™s request to file a motion arguing that his conviction should be tossed, a move that will almost certainly delay Trumpโ€™s sentencing, which is currently set for July 11.

โ€œAlthough we believe defendant's arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn sentencing pending determination of his motion,โ€ assistant district attorney Josh Steinglass wrote in a letter to Judge Juan Merchan.

Media is too big
VIEW IN TELEGRAM
There's something deeply insidious about using Wizard of Oz imagery & music for this meme, given its notorious & likely ongoing use in programming MKU victims. Add in all the weirdos screeching for DJT to be taken out and this pings more as a push to action than just a meme, so keep DJT in your prayers and if you see something, say something. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Supreme Court orders another review of gun charge behind Hunter Biden's conviction

Hunter Biden's lawyer has vowed to appeal his conviction on gun charges, but the Supreme Court on Tuesday told another defendant challenging the same law as unconstitutional to have his case reviewed again by an appeals court.

Patrick Darnell Daniels Jr.โ€™s case is part of a flood of Second Amendment challenges following a landmark Supreme Court decision in 2022. Daniels has challenged a federal law that bans gun possession for anyone who โ€œis an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.โ€

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned his conviction and the Justice Department asked the Supreme Court to resolve the dispute. The justices told him to return to that court for a fresh decision based on a recent high court ruling that upheld disarming domestic abusers.
