NEWโ๏ธ: Evidence obtained by Congress in its quest to unravel the mysteries of Jan. 6 has led the panel leading the investigation to consider that the pipe bombs planted at both the Republican and Democratic National Committees may have been part of an undisclosed training exercise, Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., told Just the News.
Additionally, new documents raise questions about how valuable cellular phone location data from the days leading up to Jan. 6 โ key data that investigators needed for their work โ was purged from an AT&T and government system despite a preservation order from the FBI.
Chairman Loudermilk says the evidence from the FBIโs pipe bomb analysis, AT&Tโs response to the data request, and a stunning coincidence are leading his panel to consider alternative theories about one of the enduring mysteries of that day.
Just the News reported on Monday that the pipe bomb analysis conducted by an FBI laboratory found the devices were filled with chemical building blocks of black powder, each was equipped with a 60-minute kitchen timer, and each had destructive potential. However, neither device exploded and they were discovered about 16 hours after the FBI claimed they were planted outside both major party headquarters.
To Loudermilk, these details do not add up.

New York House Republicans are urging President Trumpโs top health officials, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Dr. Mehmet Oz, to determine whether ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo violated federal safety guidance by sending COVID-infected elderly patients released from hospitals into nursing homes during the worst of the pandemic.
The appeal centers on the then-Cuomo administrationโs controversial March 25, 2020, directive prodding nursing homes to accept treated COVID patients discharged from hospitals.
The letter comes as Cuomo seeks a comeback bid for New York City mayor, running on an independent โFight and Deliverโ ballot line after losing the Democratic primary to democratic socialist Queens Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani.
His handling of COVID as governor continues to haunt him.
Earlier Wednesday, Cuomo released a video explicitly apologizing to the ultra-orthodox Jewish community for imposing lockdowns during the pandemic that barred large gatherings, including religious services.

ICYMI๐ฅ: Planned Parenthood clinics in Wisconsin will stop providing abortions on Wednesday, as the organizationโs centers across the country struggle to navigate the fallout of a law that blocks the the reproductive healthcare giantfrom receiving reimbursements from Medicaid.
Thanks to a provision in President Trumpโs new tax and spending bill, abortionproviders that receive more than $800,000 in reimbursements from Medicaid, the US governmentโs insurance program for low-income people, are blocked from participating in the program for one year. That provision is so narrowly tailored that it applies almost exclusively to Planned Parenthood, long a conservative target.
It is already illegal to use federal Medicaid dollars to pay for most abortions. Instead, Planned Parenthood clinics rely on Medicaid to pay for services such as cancer screenings, STI tests and contraception.
By ending its abortion provision, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin appears to be attempting to continue receiving Medicaid reimbursements for those other services. The measure is intended to be temporary, the regional affiliate said in a statement.
