MORE🚨: A federal judge dismissed criminal indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that the prosecutor who brought the cases, Lindsey Halligan, was not lawfully appointed as interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie found Halligan’s appointment invalid, meaning she lacked authority to present evidence to grand juries or sign indictments.

Currie issued separate rulings for each case and expressed skepticism toward the Justice Department’s characterization of the issue as a “paperwork error” during a November 13 hearing.

The decision could affect other prosecutions handled by Halligan’s office. A similar ruling invalidated Alina Habba’s appointment as New Jersey U.S. Attorney, leaving cases there in limbo pending appeal.

I think it’s fair to conclude at this point that we aren’t going to get to justice within the civilian system…not like that’s a surprise

The question that remains is how much more of this the public needs to be subjected to before the WH drop the hammer

I know that it’s about SHOWING everyone that the system is corrupt, which has been the rationale for the ongoing ‘scripted’ movie…but here’s the thing 👇🏼

We are now at 89% of people demanding transparency on the Epstein files and a vast majority no longer have faith in the justice system~ only 18%, a slight uptick from 14% in 2023 which was a historic low

Despite the optics of partisan division, that’s what unity looks like, and therefore it begs the aforementioned question; have we not achieved the consensus the movie was designed to manufacture?

Personally, I think we can walk and chew gum at the same time; you can trust the plan, but you can also voice your dissatisfaction with the lack of PUBLIC accountability
