President Trump is seeking to appeal a gag order barring him and his counsel from discussing his New York fraud trial judge’s staff to the state’s highest court.

A lower appeals court reinstated Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s limited gag order last week. Trump’s counsel argued in their request to eliminate the gag order that the trial judge’s enforcement of it “casts serious doubt” on his ability to serve as an “impartial finder of fact” overseeing the former president’s case.

In news that made me cry this am, new details regarding a violent pedo troon in Paduka KY, who sexually abused a baby, got himself a transtifa lawyer who shouts at women about being transphobic, you know, when he's not being lawyerly.

Even worse, this motherfooking waste of carbon tried to justify what he did to the baby by saying she liked it and it'd made her day. But the police did nail his pronouns and refer to the pedo as she/her, even though his legal sex remains male.

And as for the preschool? Dude was merely written up by a supervisor.

After the school had promised parents that boys & girls would be on separate floors for an overnight field trip, they dropped an 11yo MTF boy in a room with three 11yo girls and told this one? She needed to share and let the boy from another school sleep with her in her bed. Then it gets worse. Neat. Just one more thing for parents to be aware of in the realm of possibilities re field trips til we've exited the BCW.

School chaperones called one of the trip leaders, Principal Ryan Lucas, who called the boy’s parents, according to the letter: “K.E.M.’s parents confirmed their child’s transgender gender identity and that K.E.M. was to be in ‘stealth mode,’ meaning students on the trip would not know about their child’s transgender status.”

After a good deal of trouble, chaperones finally agreed to move the male student, with a different female student, to another room.

“Throughout the entire evening, K.E.M.’s privacy and feelings were always the primary concern of JCPS employees,” the letter said. “After JCPS disregarded D.W.’s privacy and the Waileses’ parental rights, JCPS then silenced D.W., thus infringing on her freedom of speech, when a JCPS teacher told the three girls that they were not allowed to tell anyone that K.E.M. was transgender, even though K.E.M. voluntarily chose to share this information.”
