Multiple Arizona voters say their signatures were forged in Libertarian Michelle Martinโ€™s paperwork to run in Arizonaโ€™s 1st Congressional District.

Four people told the Arizona Republic that they had not signed the petition that their signatures were on. In order to appear on the ballot in Arizona, candidates must gain a number of signatures proportional to the number of registered voters in their district.

โ€œThat is definitely not me. Not even close to my signature. Thatโ€™s very upsetting,โ€ Stephen Riordan, a Phoenix resident whose name and signature were listed on Martinโ€™s paperwork, said.

Trump to Sue Judge in Last-Ditch Attempt to Avert Manhattan Trial

Donald J. Trump, a week away from standing trial in Manhattan on criminal charges that he falsified records to cover up a sex scandal, has indicated he plans to file a lawsuit against the judge overseeing the case.

Donald J. Trumpโ€™s lawyers indicated they would file an action asking an appeals court to delay the first prosecution of a former president. The move is unlikely to succeed.

The lawsuit was not immediately made public, but court records showed on Monday that Mr. Trump was filing an action against the judge, Juan M. Merchan, in an 11th-hour bid to delay the case. An online court docket where Mr. Trump is filing the action showed that the related paperwork was sealed.

Judge denies feds' motion to dismiss Just the News suit for Russia collusion records

A federal judge has denied a motion by the Department of Justice and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to dismiss a suit filed by Just the News editor-in-chief John Solomon seeking to obtain records related to the FBI's investigation of alleged Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.

"Upon consideration of [10] Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as duplicative of the issues and arguments raised in the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment," wrote U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon on March 29. "The Court will address all such issues and arguments together, including the Government's jurisdictional grounds for dismissal, in a future order resolving the summary judgment motions."

The Justice Department urged House Republicans to โ€œavoid conflictโ€ in a brewing battle after they threatened the possibility of contempt proceedings in their efforts to gain information on special counsel Robert Hurโ€™s probe of President Bidenโ€™s handling of classified records.

The Monday letter from the Justice Departmentโ€™s head of legislative affairs asserts the Houseโ€™s Oversight and Judiciary committees received the information they requested when they asked for transcripts of Hurโ€™s interview with Biden, as well as a recording of the conversation. They likewise asked for some of the classified documents as well as all communications with Bidenโ€™s attorneys.

For the first time ever, the National Guard conducted an exercise simulating a frantic search for a nuclear dirty bomb at a basketball and hockey arena in Trenton, New Jersey.

What made the exercise different from hundreds of such similar war games held since 9/11 is that purely domestic terrorists were identified as the perpetrators.

By pointing the finger at a โ€œdomestic terrorist groupโ€ โ€” that is, Americans โ€” the U.S. military outpaces not just Hollywood, but also the facts.

Though the FBI says in its fiscal year 2025 budget request to Congress that during 2023, its Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate โ€œdisrupted 42 incidents; made 62 arrests; and had 43 indictments, 56 sentencings and 56 convictions,โ€ none involved actual nuclear materials or such a dirty bomb. Thereโ€™s no evidence that any domestic terrorist group has ever been well-resourced enough to construct a nuclear dirty bomb. But that hasnโ€™t stopped Washington from building on January 6 to feed its current domestic extremism obsession and fearmongering about it.

No shid, you predatory mofos.

It comes amid concern that children are being allowed to change gender in school without their parentsโ€™ knowledge or consent, and after the routine prescription of puberty blockers (chemical castrants) was banned by NHS England.

The Telegraph understands that the report will find that children who think they are trans disproportionately have mental health issues such as a difficult family situation or having suffered from abuse. They are also more likely to be neurodiverse.

๐ŸคชThe Illinois village of Dolton has voted in favor of a resolution to hire ex-Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot to investigate its own leader, Tiffany Henyard, who is accused of misusing taxpayer funds and various other corrupt practices.

Lightfoot, who lost her reelection bid in a landslide last year, said she was โ€œhonoredโ€ to be tasked with the investigation of Henyard โ€” Doltonโ€™s self-proclaimed โ€œSuper Mayor.โ€

โ€œAs someone who has made good governance the cornerstone of my career in public service, I recognize that maintaining the trust of those you serve and making decisions in their best interests is essential,โ€ Lightfoot said in a statement on Monday evening.
