Hunter Biden is threatening to sue Fox News for defamation, exploitation of his image and publication of hacked photographs, according to a letter obtained by Axios that was sent to the news channel last week.

It's the latest salvo in the president's son's more aggressive legal and press strategy over the past year amid criminal charges and tabloid coverage, and first big move after navigating the impeachment inquiry into his father.

Hunter Biden's legal team wrote that they anticipate "imminent" litigation against Fox News and requested that prominent Fox News hosts, including Sean Hannity, Jesse Waters and Maria Bartiromo, preserve documentation.

DEVELOPING! North Carolina: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police has issued a ‘severe alert’ in east Charlotte Monday after numerous law enforcement officers were struck by gunfire.

An original police call made over the radio on Monday, April 29, indicates at least two officers have been shot and injured during a barricade situation.

“There is an active investigation in the 5000 block of Galway Drive. Steer clear of the area,” CMPD announced on Monday. “Residents stay inside of your homes.”
CMPD said multiple victims have been transported to nearby hospitals in Charlotte and that “gunfire continues at the scene.”
