BREAKING: Judge reverses his own block on Florida immigration law

A federal judge in Florida on Thursday reversed his own ruling that temporarily blocked a key part of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis's immigration plan

U.S. District Judge Roy Altman issued an injunction on Wednesday that blocked a part of the immigration plan that made it a felony to transport illegal immigrants into the state. On Wednesday he clarified that the injunction was statewide, but on Thursday he said he would hold a briefing on the injunction, per The Hill.

Altman instructed both parties in the lawsuit to submit a brief by June 6 on whether the injunction should just apply to plaintiffs, or be a district- or statewide injunction.

“On further reflection,” Altman wrote in an order released Thursday afternoon, according to the Miami Herald. “We now invite further briefing on the proper scope of the injunction.”

US service member critically injured, airlifted to Israel while working on Gaza aid pier

Three US service members were injured, one critically, while working on the Army’s Gaza aid pier on Thursday.

The troops had been working to deliver humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip on the temporary floating pier that the US completed last week, US Vice Admiral Brad Cooper, deputy commander of US Central Command told Reuters.

The incident marks the first injuries for US forces during the operation.

Federal agents gathered evidence during the 2016 election that Hunter Biden had used access to his father on an official government trip to Beijing aboard Air Force Two to connect prospective Chinese business partners with then-Vice President Joe Biden, according to a massive cache of documents recently turned over to Congress and obtained by Just the News.

"They got to meet Dad. All very good. Talk later,” Hunter Biden wrote in a December 2013 email confirming how he connected his Chinese associates with his father in a Beijing hotel after the vice president had met with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The younger Biden also bragged in his emails that his father was so enamored with China's communist leader that "I think they are in love with each other," the emails showed.

"They all most kissed on departure,” Hunter Biden wrote in one of the emails seized by federal agents.

It is the fourth arrest in the past month of a high-ranking military official, marking the biggest Russian army scandal in years. The detentions come as President Vladimir Putin carries out a sweeping reshuffle of top jobs, including a change at the head of the Ministry of Defense.
