The FBI learned as far back as 2016 that Hunter Biden and his partners had plotted to set up a new venture in tax-friendly Liechtenstein that would be capitalized by a whopping $120 million investment from the controversial owner of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, according to documents obtained by Just the News that have been kept from the American public for eight years.

The mega-deal was not referenced inside Hunter Biden's now infamous laptop or during the 2019 impeachment proceedings involving Ukraine, but was instead chronicled in a trove of 3.39 million documents the FBI seized from Hunter Biden and his business partners during an investigation of securities fraud nearly a decade ago.

The cache of documents was recently turned over by former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer to the House Oversight Committee as part of its impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden's conduct.

The new evidence shows the major investment plan was being built at the time when Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma's board of directors and Joe Biden was still serving as Barack Obama's vice president in charge of U.S.-Ukraine policy.

CNBC financial analyst finally arrested after three years on the run as he's charged with defrauding investors for millions in the aftermath of the 2020 election

James Arthur McDonald Jr, 52, was arrested in Port Orchard, Washington, on Saturday by the FBI and will be extradited to California to stand trial in the next few weeks for his alleged crimes, the United States Department of Justice said.

He was the CEO and chief investment officer of two California-based companies: Hercules Investments LLC and Index Strategy Advisors Inc, and would also frequently appear as a financial analyst on CNBC.

When former Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon goes to prison, he wonโ€™t be serving time at whatโ€™s known as a โ€œClub Fed,โ€ the most comfortable type of facility in the federal system, as he had wanted, according to people familiar with the arrangements.

Instead of a minimum-security prison camp, where many nonviolent offenders serve their time, Bannon โ€“ now a right-wing podcaster with a following of loyal Trump supporters โ€“ is set to report next month to the low-security federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, one of the sources told CNN.

ICYMI: Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki will sit down with lawmakers on the House Foreign Affairs Committee as part of its investigation into the Biden administrationโ€™s withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan in 2021.

Psaki will appear before lawmakers on July 26 to discuss her role in the withdrawal, as committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) said she acted as an โ€œauthoritative sourceโ€ while it was being conducted. The scheduled interview comes roughly nine months after McCaul initially requested her cooperation in September.

New Yorkโ€™s highest court has declined to hear Donald Trumpโ€™s appeal on the gag order in his hush money case, according to a decision list posted Tuesday.

The gag order, issued by Judge Juan Merchan in the criminal case against Trump, remains in effect.

Separately, Trump has asked Merchan to terminate the gag order ahead of his sentencing scheduled for July. The former president was convicted of 34 counts of business fraud relating to hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

Hunter Biden's business partner and friend of Joe Biden has switched sides to give $100,000 to the Republicans โ€“ and coincidentally avoided a subpoena in the GOP's Biden probe.

Illinois attorney Jeff Cooper partnered with Hunter in multiple overseas business deals, flew on Air Force 2 with Hunter to a business meeting in Mexico in 2016, and brought foreign billionaires they were working with to meet then-Vice President Joe at the White House.

Cooper became a person of interest in the Republican investigation of Joe's links to Hunter's overseas deals after DailyMail.com revealed his close relationship to the two Bidens in 2021.

Fauci complains that Trump wasnโ€™t tyrannical enough during COVID, saying he missed opportunities to use the โ€œbully pulpit of the Presidencyโ€ to tell people what to do.

So Trump is a dictatorโ€ฆ but he wonโ€™t force anyone to do anything they donโ€™t want to do ๐Ÿ˜†

Their narratives continue to crumble.

๐Ÿšจ HUNTER PLAYED THE DAD CARD IN SEC INVESTIGATION ๐Ÿšจ

In 2016, Hunter Biden was subpoenaed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for information in its investigation of a tribal bond scheme in which several individuals were charged with violating federal securities laws.

We obtained Hunter Bidenโ€™s response, dated April 20, 2016, to the SEC subpoena.

In the letter, Hunterโ€™s counsel wrote: โ€œAs a threshold matter, we request that you treat this matter with the highest degree of confidentiality, consistent with Commission policy and applicable law. The confidential nature of this investigation is very important to our client and it would be unfair, not just to our client, but also to his father, the Vice President of the United States, if his involvement in an SEC investigation and parallel criminal probe were to become the subject of any media attention.โ€

On May 11, 2016, the SEC published a press releaseโ€”announcing the charging of seven individualsโ€”with no mention or charging of Hunter Biden.

Rep Jim Jordan and Rep James Comer want answers from the SEC.

The Secret Service destroyed a video that captured Commander Biden chomping down on one of its agents - in an attack that forced the White House to shut down tours so blood could be wiped off the floor.

DailyMail.com filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Secret Service in March after a video was mentioned as part of an email that detailed a June 15, 2023 biting incident with the since-banished first dog.

The video purportedly showed Commander running at a high rate of speed and jumping toward the agent in the East Wing's Kennedy Garden, leaving a 'deep bite' on the individual's left arm 'that reportedly needed stitches,' the email said.

Tether, the longtime 'U.S. dollar-backed' cryptocurrency, is being called out for connections to terrorists and human traffickers.

The crypto company - which is one token per one dollar - touts itself as a 'stablecoin' that does not fluctuate in price, also making it a popular currency among bad actors seeking traceless payments, according to conservative nonprofit Consumers' Research.

The consumer advocacy firm is running a multi-million dollar ad blitz highlighting Tether's alleged connections to the Chinese and Russian governments, terrorist outfits, human trafficking rings and Hamas.

Tether is a 'Ponzi scheme' that threatens to be the next crypto disaster like FTX Consumers' Research Executive Director Will Hild exclusively told DailyMail.com.

'It's been used by Russia to avoid monetary sanctions, it's been used by countries like Venezuela, and then it seems to be being used by human traffickers.'

Tether, which began in 2014, was co-founded by former Disney child star Brock Pierce, 43. He is no longer affiliated with the coin though.

House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is threatening to subpoena New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) in his quest to gain information about a top prosecutor on the Manhattan hush money trial of former President Trump.

In a letter to James last month, Jordan demanded information about Matthew Colangelo, a former employee of hers who, in his current role with the Manhattan District Attorneyโ€™s office, gave the opening arguments in Trumpโ€™s New York trial.

Jordan has sent letters to all of Colangeloโ€™s recent employers, a group that includes the Justice Department as well as Jamesโ€™s office and that of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D).

BREAKING: Jenna Ellis, an attorney for Donald Trump during his 2020 presidential campaign, pleaded not guilty Tuesday in the โ€œfake electorsโ€ case in Arizona, where she and 17 other defendants face forgery, fraud and conspiracy charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.

All 18 of those charged have pleaded not guilty in Arizona. Ellis in 2023 pleaded guilty in the Georgia election interference case in which Trump was also charged.

Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn and Jim Lamon, a 2022 Republican Senate candidate, also appeared virtually in court Tuesday for their arraignments in the case, pleading not guilty. Epshteyn was an attorney and adviser to the 2016 and 2020 Trump campaigns and recently appeared with Trump in court in New York during the former presidentโ€™s hush money trial. Lamon was on Trumpโ€™s slate of potential electors leading into the 2020 election.
