๐ค The unlikely press tour of District Attorney Fani Willisโs former boyfriend and special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, is increasingly looking almost as if itโs calculated to disqualify her from the case she brought against President Trump and 18 others.

๐จBREAKING: I will be filing suit against the State of New York for their direct attack on our democratic process through unconstitutional lawfare against President Trump.
Itโs time to restore the rule of law.
We have to fight back against a rogue prosecutor who is trying to take a presidential candidate off the campaign trail. It sabotages Missouriansโ right to a free and fair election.
Stay tuned.

โWeโre one week out from the CNN Presidential Debate and @JoeBiden is officially off the grid. The Commander-In-Chief is taking the entire week off so he can cram at Camp David. Democrats are depending on him to cure what they call "Trump amnesia," their latest excuse for Biden's awful polling. The truth is, voters miss the quality of life and standard of living they experienced during the Trump years.โ

DOJ concealing info on probe into whether Hunter Biden violated 'debauchery' law, watchdog says
A government watchdog group filed suit in Delaware federal court this week, seeking to compel the Justice Department to produce records that may determine whether Hunter Biden should be further investigated under a 1910 law relating to "prostitution or debauchery."

BREAKING: Trump ally Steve Bannon must surrender to prison by July 1 to start contempt sentence, judge says
Steve Bannon, a longtime ally of former President Donald Trump, must report to prison by July 1 to serve his four-month sentence for defying a subpoena from the House committee that investigated the U.S. Capitol insurrection, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols in Washington granted the Justice Departmentโs request to make Bannon begin his prison term after a federal appeals court panel last month upheld his contempt of Congress conviction.
Bannon is expected to seek a stay of the judgeโs order, which could delay his surrender date.

EXCLUSIVE: A video obtained by 60 Minutes shows a man the FBI says had ties to Saudi intelligence referencing a "plan" two years before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks โ raising questions about Saudi assistance to the hijackers and planners. While the 9/11 Commission report two decades ago found that al-Qaeda acted alone, the victims' families are disputing this, citing the video from outside the U.S. Capitol and other evidence in a lawsuit.
For more than two decades, the U.S. position has been that al Qaeda acted alone on September 11th, but a newly public video has raised questions about whether the Saudi government provided crucial assistance to the hijackers during the 9/11 terror attacks.
Omar al-Bayoumi, whom the FBI says was an operative of the Saudi intelligence service with close ties to two of the 9/11 hijackers, can be heard on the video, which was unsealed in federal court this week and obtained by 60 Minutes. The 1999 video was taken within 90 days of the time when senior al Qaeda planners were deciding on 9/11 targets, Richard Lambert, a retired FBI agent who led the initial 9/11 investigation in San Diego, said.
"It is another very large brick in a massive wall of evidence that at this point indicates the Saudi government was complicit in the 9/11 attacks," Lambert said.

NEW BRIEF.
We just filed a brief in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to defend President Trumpโs constitutionally protected right to free speech and prevent Special Counsel Jack Smith from obtaining an unlawful gag order:
In our brief we argue the following:
Since the Founding of the American republic, freedom of speech has been the bedrock of the American identity and is essential to the functioning of a free society. President Trump, as a current presidential candidate, has a unique role in informing the public and contributing to public debate. Preventing him from speaking freely stifles the entire American political system.

4 Since the Founding of the American republic, freedom of speech has been the bedrock of the American identity and is essential to the functioning of a free society. President Trump, as a current presidential candidate, has a unique role in informing the public and contributing to public debate. Preventing him from speaking freely stifles the entire American political system.
Restricting a presidential candidateโs freedom to speak on political matters is a particularly grave intrusion on the Framersโ design.
6 The Founding Fathers were particularly concerned about preserving the democratic function of society by ensuring that matters of politics and government would be the subject of popular debate. Candidates for national office must be allowed to engage in the purest form of expression. Any restrictions on their speech are an infringement on the American electoral system at large.
The government cannot overcome constitutional restrictions on prior restraints, let alone impose conditions to infringe President Trumpโs First Amendment rights on asserted safety or prejudice grounds.
8 The government has not made the necessary showings concerning safety to satisfy the statutory conditions necessary to impose conditions of release. President Trump has not engaged in speech that incites violence.

Bidenโs personal attorney, Bob Bauer, suggested that heโs preparing for legal challenges to the 2024 election results in November, when Biden faces former President Trump in a 2020 rematch.
Bauer, in an interview with Politico, warned about challenges considering the aftermath of the 2020 election.
โWeโre seeing โ and have seen โ election officials say, โIf Iโm not satisfied with the outcome here, I may not certify; Iโll just block it.โ And you saw that play out very dramatically in Michigan in 2020. That is something that we might see more of this time around,โ Bauer said.

Oh boy reading through SCOTUS decision on sentencing enhancements and this is very bad news for DOJ and DC judges in J6 cases.
Particularly the "terror enhancement" applied at sentencing for Proud Boys and other defendants.
