The VP is heading to Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday for a solo campaign stop.

State child pornography laws bar possession or dissemination of nude children under 18 in a sexually suggestive manner, including if the โfocal point of a visual depiction is the childโs genitalia.โ
An FBI spokeswoman said the agency โis aware of the matterโ but would not confirm or deny an investigation. A spokesman for Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey, whose jurisdiction includes the Milton headquarterโs of Portnoyโs site, also would not confirm or deny an investigation. Milton police did not return calls.
