MORE๐Ÿšจ: A federal judge dismissed criminal indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that the prosecutor who brought the cases, Lindsey Halligan, was not lawfully appointed as interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie found Halliganโ€™s appointment invalid, meaning she lacked authority to present evidence to grand juries or sign indictments.

Currie issued separate rulings for each case and expressed skepticism toward the Justice Departmentโ€™s characterization of the issue as a โ€œpaperwork errorโ€ during a November 13 hearing.

The decision could affect other prosecutions handled by Halliganโ€™s office. A similar ruling invalidated Alina Habbaโ€™s appointment as New Jersey U.S. Attorney, leaving cases there in limbo pending appeal.

I think itโ€™s fair to conclude at this point that we arenโ€™t going to get to justice within the civilian systemโ€ฆnot like thatโ€™s a surprise

The only way is the military

The question that remains is how much more of this the public needs to be subjected to before the WH drop the hammer

I know that itโ€™s about SHOWING everyone that the system is corrupt, which has been the rationale for the ongoing โ€˜scriptedโ€™ movieโ€ฆbut hereโ€™s the thing ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

We are now at 89% of people demanding transparency on the Epstein files and a vast majority no longer have faith in the justice system~ only 18%, a slight uptick from 14% in 2023 which was a historic low

Despite the optics of partisan division, thatโ€™s what unity looks like, and therefore it begs the aforementioned question; have we not achieved the consensus the movie was designed to manufacture?

Personally, I think we can walk and chew gum at the same time; you can trust the plan, but you can also voice your dissatisfaction with the lack of PUBLIC accountability

The 2 are not mutually exclusive

Fact is if you removed NYC, Chicago, LA, Philadelphia and St Louis from the gun violence stats in the country, the United States would plummet to 183rd overall in the world in gun violence.

All of those cities are democrat ran.

All of those cities have strict gun control.

Gun control doesnโ€™t stop crime, the 2nd Amendment does. But yโ€™all donโ€™t really care about the constitution, do you?

โ€œShall not be infringedโ€ is pretty fuggin clear.

It has nothing to do with a โ€œboogeymanโ€. It has to do with having a right to defend yourself. Know when I wish I was armed? When I got robbed at gunpoint and pistol whipped AT WORK by a criminal who despite not being legally eligible to possess a firearm, still had one. Almost as if criminals donโ€™t pay attention to laws.

I train martial arts too, should I stop doing that because it makes my ability in a fight more-so than an average citizen?

Conversely, and for those who say โ€œyou shouldnโ€™t need a gun to defend yourselfโ€ exactly what good did martial arts do me while being pistol whipped? None.

The reason for having a right to carry a gun should be obvious at this point.

You scream about โ€œboogeymenโ€ - yet you view everyone with a gun as a boogeyman. Dude, there are over 400 million weapons in this country with about 12 billion rounds in the hands of private gun owners, if we were the fuggin problem - youโ€™d know it.

What about knives? Should we ban those, too? How about cars? We should ban those because there were nearly 14k drunk driving deaths in America last year.

Oh, and donโ€™t worry about that fire extinguisher in your kitchen, you can go ahead and throw it out because we have firefighters.

I tell ya what, when you can mental gymnastic your way towards explaining how criminals will follow gun control laws and that would stop crime, Iโ€™ll listen.

No gun in history has ever gotten up and shot someone of itsโ€™ own volition. Not once.

The U.S has a violence problem and a worshipping Satan problem - not a gun problem.

The truth is, someone like me with a conceal and carry permit whom literally has his gun on him at all times would waste no time saving the life of a dipshit like yourself if we ever saw you in a position where that intervention were required and police were nowhere close (IE - Someone was threatening your life and you were defenseless).

I could be right next to you with my gun on my person and you would be none the wiser.

But I digress, because you seem like the kinda person who would benefit from a responsible gun owner saving your life, only to turn around and sue them for the โ€œtraumaโ€ they caused you.

Like, you definitely seem like the kinda dude that would sue Starbucks for making your Latte too hot.

Iโ€™ve been around guns nearly my entire life. I have been a gun owner for a while - know how many people Iโ€™ve ever shot? How many rounds Iโ€™ve ever discharged outside of a range? Zero. Zilch. Nada. Zip. NONE. NOT A SINGLE ONE.

The biggest reason not to give up our guns? Because it is the last safeguard against a tyrannical government.

So, explain to me that logic - most of you idiots believe our current administration is โ€œfascistโ€, and โ€œtyrannicalโ€ โ€ฆ yet, you want everyone to give up their guns.

Guns makes you uncomfortable because you donโ€™t know shit about them, nor do you realize that the number of responsible gun owners in this country FAR OUTWEIGH the number of criminals with guns. Sorry cupcake, my rights donโ€™t end where your liberal tears begin.

George Washington would piss himself laughing at your logic and reasoning.

Seriously dude, you should probably just shut up, because I will gladly beat the hell out of any gun control argument you have all week.
