This man is a Christian Pastor in Nigeria.
In this video he describes the fact that he knows he is living on borrowed time - that Muslim extremists will soon come for him, and he is just waiting for it.
He explains that he has already told his parishioners and family that no ransom shall be paid for him.
In short: The man is fully prepared to die for his faith in Jesus Christ.
But here is the kicker. The gut check if you will - He isnโt afraid. Nope. He is READY.
Because he knows that no matter what these pigs do to him, paradise awaits.
See, to the unbeliever, it makes no sense - but as Christians, we do not fear our exit from this plane, for we know what awaits on the other side - and it ainโt 72 virgins.
This is conviction. This is faith. This is unshakeable courage in the face of unknown, yet palpable and unfathomable darkness and evil.
He isnโt the kind of man to say โwhat if?โ. He isnโt saying โwell, what if this happens?โ.
No no. He is the kind of man to say โeven ifโ. As in: โEven if you threaten to murder me .. even if you have the axe at the back of my neck .. even if you have the gun to my forehead and cocked with your finger on the trigger .. EVEN IF MY BACK IS AGAINST A CLIFF I WILL NOT RENOUNCE MY FAITH IN MY LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.โ

Donโt be a โwhat ifโ Christian. Be an โeven ifโ Christian.
Understand that He told us, very clearly, that we will suffer and be persecuted for His namesake.
Understand that at some point, maybe in 5 years, maybe in 10 โฆ maybe in 50, or even more - but at some point in our future as Christians that we will be ostracized. We will be attacked and we will be hunted.
If you are alive when that happens, will you cower and hide His name from your lips? Will you deny him? Or will you profess your undying faith in our Lord & Savior even if it costs you your earthly life?
I know my choice.
I have no desire to hear โdepart from me, I never knew youโ.
Denying Jesus Christ is not, and will never be an option.
โBut whoever denies Me before man, I will also deny him before My Father who is in Heaven.โ - Matthew 10:33
