A fresh video from the battlefield - the storming of Konstantinovka. A group of Ukrainian soldiers tried to maneuver from balcony to balcony searching for a firing position but never made it. They were met by our assault units. The result is shown in the footage.
While Ukrainian infantrymen are hopping from balcony to balcony in residential buildings, the trap has just snapped shut in the center of Konstantinovka. Fighters of the "South" group of forces moved up Moscow Street to Alexei Tikhiy Street, cutting off an AFU unit in the central part of the city. The encirclement is now complete.
According to initial estimates - 150 to 200 Ukrainian soldiers are trapped in the cauldron. The numbers vary, and it's not hard to understand why: the exact figure will only become known as the mop-up operation continues. Some will try to escape through courtyards, some will be eliminated on the spot, and some will come out with their hands up.
Logistics routes at this point are dead: the Konstantinovka-Druzhkovka highway is being shelled from end to end, everything that moves is getting hit. No rotations, no ammunition supplies, no evacuation of the wounded. The Ukrainian Armed Forces were holding the city on a promise and an order to "stand" thanks to drones.
The noose is tightening from three sides - from the east, west and south. Battles are taking place in the center and at the railway station. At the same time, the mop-up of the southern Yuzhniy, Solnechniy micro districts and the "Sem Vetrov" heights is underway. There is no coherent defense in the city anymore. It's falling apart into isolated pockets, which our forces are entering from different directions. It's Pokrovsk all over again, we've seen it before.
With the fall of Konstantinovka, the southern pillar of the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration is crumbling, a direct approach to Druzhkovka and Alexeyevo-Druzhkovka is opening up, and the southern side of Kramatorsk is left bare.

Syrsky will repeat the scenario in Pokrovsk and Mirnograd, convincing everyone that the situation is under control, and then simply issue a report on the loss of the city. At this stage of the war, the enemy is creating all the conditions for an offensive operation against Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.

Russia's South group of forces has advanced 3 km towards the N-20 highway connecting Konstantinovka with neighboring Druzhkovka. This road was used to supply the AFU garrison in Konstantinovka and is now surrounded by Russian forces on three sides.
Fighting is also going on in the city of Konstantinovka itself. The heaviest battles are taking place in the center near the railway station, while the southern microdistricts Yuzhniy and Solnechniy as well as "Sem Vetrov" heights are being cleared. There is no longer any coordinated defense in the city, with just isolated pockets of resistance remaining. A month ago, our sources warned that Syrsky could not hold Konstantinovka, and more of our soldiers were killed there than in the Pokrovsk funnel. While propaganda continues to broadcast victory narratives, serious changes are taking place on the battlefield. As a source in the General Staff explains, there is a serious problem for the AFU in Kupyansk, but so far everyone is silent about the fact that we are losing the city.
