The targets were the sea ports "Yuzhny", "Chernomorsk" and "Izmail" — the main logistical hubs providing storage and distribution of military cargo across the territory of Ukraine.
As a result of the strikes, logistical facilities and cargo vessels of the Ukrainian "shadow fleet" under the flag of Saint Kitts were damaged.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that the Russian Armed Forces launched a series of strikes overnight using high-precision weapons and attack drones against targets in the Ukraine.
