US and Iraqi officials have confirmed that Washington will fully withdraw its troops from Iraq by the end of September. This move marks the final stage of the process to transfer security responsibilities to the Iraqi side—a matter that has been under discussion between the two nations in recent months.

The decision follows a series of talks between Baghdad and Washington regarding the conclusion of the international coalition's operations against the terrorist group "Islamic State." Once the mission ends, the parties plan to transition to a new format of bilateral security cooperation.

The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that the 6th day of strikes on port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast focused on the Yuzhnyi and Odesa Ports.

They claim that targets hit include infrastructure facilities used for delivering and storing military cargo and fuel, as well as one vessel and one speed boat of the Ukrainian Navy's Special Operations Forces.

Russian operator-controlled Geran-4 jet-drones struck 4 cargo ships at the Chornomorsk and Dniprovsko-Buhskyi Ports in Odesa and Mykolaiv Oblasts.
