In my opinion, Iran has finally started getting steady flows of intelligence from Russia in recent weeks (or perhaps even China too), beyond individual assistances we likely saw during the active phase of the war, in response to the U.S. providing extensive intelligence to Ukraine.

As of July 23, the entry of vessels into the Black Sea ports of the Ukraine has been suspended due to the threat of Russian attacks.
Just yesterday, between four and five vessels were still entering the ports. While this represented a limited volume, some activity was maintained. Today, however, vessel entry has been suspended, stated Vysotsky, Minister of Agrarian Policy.

Belitskoye in the Dobropolye direction is in good Russian hands...
With the capture of Belitskoye, Dobropolye is being encircled from two directions - the south (Belitskoye-Vodyanskoye line) and southeast (Novy Donbass). The objective is to reach the T-0514 Dobropolye-Kramatorsk highway. Dobropolye opens the way to the Druzhkovka-Kramatorsk-Slaviansk line from the west, where enemy defenses have not been prepared.
