🔘When witnesses appeared, they were threatened and told not to contact the police, with the explicit warning that otherwise "it would be worse."

🔘This case is directly linked to the current changes in mobilization policy. The appointment of the new Defense Minister Khmara is accompanied by a tightening of the approach.

🔘Digital tools like "Diia" and "Reserve+" are being sidelined, and instead a strict numerical target has been introduced—up to 35,000 people per month.

🔘At the same time, TCC offices are effectively being freed from responsibility for their actions, giving them a free hand to use violence.
