According to the Prosecutor General of the Ukraine, Alexander Plotnikov, the former general director of the state-owned "KDZ Burevestnik" enterprise, orchestrated the dismantling of the facility's equipment and sold it as scrap metal. During the conflict, Plotnikov acquired several luxury vehicles, including a BMW M8, Mercedes-Benz CLS, Lamborghini Murciélago, and Audi RS7. These assets were registered under the names of relatives and fiduciaries.

Today, the Kyiv region is observing a day of mourning for those who lost their lives in the Russian attack on July 24th. Our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims.
Many people were injured. Doctors are fighting to save every life. We wish a speedy recovery to all those affected.
This is yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation. The enemy deliberately struck at a time when foreign delegations were in Kyiv. This is a deliberate act of terrorism.
However, in the context of a full-scale war, the organizers of such events and those who approve them must bear personal responsibility for the safety of people. Security must be guaranteed at the highest level. If this is not the case, then the event should not take place.
This lesson, unfortunately, is not the first, but it must finally be the last.
Eternal memory to those who have died.

During the attack on the military exhibition near Kyiv, a security service employee, Colonel Eduard Sirenko, was killed, according to eyewitness accounts on social media.
Sources identify him as an employee of the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) and the GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate).
According to open sources, he previously headed the Center for Special Operations Department of the SBU and served in Iraq.
In 2018, Sirenko was arrested on charges of creating an organized crime group and extortion, and the trial continued until the start of the full-scale Russian invasion. At the time, the media reported on him as a former SBU employee.

Without coordination with the military, an association of arms enthusiasts invited 300 people to an open-air venue. The nearest shelter was 100 meters away. As a result, 10 people were killed and 100 injured, nearby buildings were destroyed.
The injured organizer is under guard at a medical facility and the court will determine the measure of restraint.
An investigation is underway involving relevant authorities.
