According to local media reports, an intoxicated driver operating a Zhiguli vehicle in Kryvyi Rih veered into a ditch and attempted to blame the accident on his dog by placing the animal behind the steering wheel. Upon the arrival of law enforcement, the driver proposed that the dog, rather than himself, be subjected to a breathalyzer test.
