—❗️🇸🇦/🇾🇪 WATCH: Visual confirmation of the moment ARAMCO Headquarters in Dhahran was struck by a ballistic missile

@Middle_East_Spectator

Important update on last night's large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine:

Most of the Iskander-M ballistic missiles used on Kyiv that I reported were actually Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles. In fact, a total of 24 Zircons were used in this attack - a new record.

The majority of the Zircon launches occurred from Bryansk Oblast, which has never happened before, meaning Russia has begun deploying Bastion-P complexes to the region for more regular attacks on Kyiv.

In total, using this corrected information, the following was launched:

~24 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
~7 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
~6 Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles
~3 RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles

~40 missiles in total, around 36 of which targeted Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

Zelensky reports that at least 600,000 people are without power due to Russia's large-scale combined missile and drone attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

Zelensky reports that 26 different energy facilities were hit and damaged last night, resulting in significant damage to the power grid. He also reports that four oil and gas facilities were struck.

‼️UKRAINIAN POST‼️

"Overnight, the Russians deployed 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 strike drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, and Kharkiv," President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a post on social media, adding that 600,000 people were currently without power.

Several power plants were targeted in the capital, an energy official speaking under condition of anonymity told the Kyiv Independent, as Russia continues to intensify its attacks on energy infrastructure ahead of the coming winter months.

The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale. Russia has never before shown such blatant disrespect toward America," Zelensky added.

Ukrainian presidential advisor on the development of defence technologies Serhii "Flash" reports that SpaceX implemented speed limits for Starlink terminals overnight.

He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. He claims that this action was politically motivated due to ongoing events regarding the U.S., and was not coincidental.

Earlier, Serhii Sternenko, who is an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.

Sternenko is now reporting that in the last hour, Starlink restrictions have been tightened further, with communication with drones now being lost at just 60-70 km/h, compared to the earlier 161 km/h.

‼️UKRAINIAN POST‼️

Klitschko addressed the Verkhovna Rada following a summons by Members of Parliament. He reported that there were 50 strikes on energy infrastructure in Kyiv during 2026.

The Mayor of Kyiv further noted that the damage sustained from the previous night's incidents is severe.
