Important update on last night's large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine:
Most of the Iskander-M ballistic missiles used on Kyiv that I reported were actually Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles. In fact, a total of 24 Zircons were used in this attack - a new record.
The majority of the Zircon launches occurred from Bryansk Oblast, which has never happened before, meaning Russia has begun deploying Bastion-P complexes to the region for more regular attacks on Kyiv.
In total, using this corrected information, the following was launched:
~24 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
~7 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
~6 Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles
~3 RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles
~40 missiles in total, around 36 of which targeted Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

Ukrainian presidential advisor on the development of defence technologies Serhii "Flash" reports that SpaceX implemented speed limits for Starlink terminals overnight.
He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. He claims that this action was politically motivated due to ongoing events regarding the U.S., and was not coincidental.
Earlier, Serhii Sternenko, who is an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.
He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. Sternenko is now reporting that in the last hour, Starlink restrictions have been tightened further, with communication with drones now being lost at just 60-70 km/h, compared to the earlier 161 km/h.

The Ukrainian 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces reports that Starlink disruptions are occurring in the Hulyaipole/Orikhiv direction, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, this morning.
The so-called Starshield package, which conducts data transferring for drone flights, has received limitations on speeds of 110-120+ km/h, where the connection can be lost for 10-20 seconds making it difficult to control the drones. Additionally, the launch of high-speed mid-range drones has become almost impossible.
Already, since this morning, some missions of the 7th Corps have had to be cancelled due to these Starlink restrictions and communications problems.

Ukrainian channel DroneBomber reports that Starlink disruptions, including connectivity issues with drones at speeds of 60-70 km/h, are now being recorded in all frontline sectors.
Previously, these issues were only affecting mid-to-long-range drone strikes. Now it seems to be affecting short-range FPV units as well.

The speed limit is set at 100 miles per hour.
