USA: —White Tech CEO beat to death by black repeat offender previously sentenced to 30 years
Jason Billingsley (32) beat Pava Marie LaPere (26) to death in her Baltimore home.
Billingsley was released after serving only 11 years out of the 30 years sentencing.
Officials said Billingsley “should have never been on the street,”
"This individual will kill, and he will rape," Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley warned Tuesday afternoon at a news conference. "He will do anything he can to cause harm."
Despite this thug being proved dangerous, his sentenced was reduced and was let out on the streets.
Ironically, the murdered victim was BLM supporter and black sympathizer.
