Non-duality is spiritual bypassing.
Until it isn't.
The point was never to use the truth as an escape hatch from your pain. But it was also never to spend 30 years on a cushion waiting for a glimpse of what's already here.
Go directly to the truth of what you are, and then turn around and do the inner work from that foundation.
Not bypassing the human experience. Doing it without the mistaken belief that you're a separate self who has to fix itself first.
The shadow work still happens. The grief still moves. The patterns still need to be seen. But there's a difference between doing that work from the inside of a small, frightened, separate self — and doing it from the recognition of what you actually are.
One is survival. The other is integration
That's the difference.

HELENA, Ohio An abandoned oil well could be the source of crude oil that came bubbling up in Helena June 10. At 3 p.m., the Ohio Dept of Natural Resources Oil and Gas Emergency Response was still cleaning up crude oil off CR 58, near Helena. Sandusky Co EMA Director Lisa Kuelling described it as a major hazmat situation and said that the incident was likely related to the flooding from heavy rains that hit the area June 9. "Our rain gauge showed 4.32 inches of rain from last night's storms. I would guess that it's probably an old well under the ground that potentially, with the amount of rain we got last night, it could have started to ooze.
