FULTON, Missouri The front of a building in downtown Fulton collapsed Wednesday, revealing an apartment in the top floor of the 2-story building. No one was reported hurt, Fulton Police Chief Bill Ladwig said. First responders were preparing to enter the building late Wednesday morning, Ladwig said. It wasn't immediately clear what caused the building at 505 Nichols St. to collapse. The lower floor was occupied by a coffee shop getting ready for a grand opening, Hitchin' Java. Cancun, Mexico An early-morning transformer explosion and subsequent fire at CFE’s Canek substation in Cancun cut power to over 10,000 users across more than 50 zones. The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. at facilities located on Avenida Chac Mool, near the intersection with Andres Quintana Roo Avenue, in Cancun's Region 96.
