Last year, he shepherded to passage the largest tax cuts in American History. And of course, he was also a great champion of the United States Supreme Court. His impassioned defense of Justice Kavanaugh ended a disgraceful attack on this very good man—and gave us one of the greatest moments the Senate has ever seen. I believe it was Lindsey’s perhaps finest hour."
