I put these two clips together because if you pay attention they are both Jet Stream Manipulation Operations
One in The Northeast Expanding the Jet Stream - watch them really open it up off the NY Coast - this added width of Jet Stream determines how the remainder of the Super System exits the country and how the winds over The Southeast blow - creating Circling of The Winds over The Southeast
Heavy Atlantic Spray Ops creating a huge wall for that Super System to push up against - controlling for speed/angle etc of the entire Jet Stream
