Looks like they’ve been keeping the Watering Ops going on The Eastcoast

Ops over The Eastcoast appear to be light Spray Ops (minus the few dense areas I show) above the clouds to act as a UV Regulator that allows Scattered Thunderstorms to float around - Watering - Watch the Rapid Production bubble up after the Spray Ops in the clips posted (direct seeding)

The Ops in The Plains/Deep North appear to be being used to Generate Huge Energy Centers (Super Cells) that they then Scatter and Send East - Pay Attention to the PNW Smoke and how its being utilized to generate these Rapid Storm Production cells

New Syphon + Big Picture + NEXRAD

Spray Ops all throughout that Jet Stream - Creating it

Pulling material/air/moisture out of Mexico - Sending it through the Southwest - Then up into the PNW Smoke where they mix it with Spray Ops -hook it east and drive it directly into the Super Cells on The Eastcoast - Feeding the cells material to continue The Eastcoast Watering Ops

Also Pay Attention to the Sky Levees active in the NEXRAD (they aren’t powered super high) and compare them to the Jet Stream seen on the Big Picture
