A man allegedly stole a blue Tesla and was being pursued by the San Diego Police Department when he veered onto the Pacific Beach boardwalk.

The man hit a 25-year-old woman who was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Beachgoers say they flung themselves off the boardwalk and into the sand to avoid being struck by the car.

🚨 INDONESIA: Palangka Raya is being choked by forest and peatland fires, with air quality hitting a catastrophic 676 US AQI today, more than twice the hazardous threshold.

Indonesia’s Forestry Ministry reports 1,437 high-confidence hotspots, including 689 in Central Kalimantan, the highest concentration in the country.

The toxic haze is reducing visibility, threatening health and disrupting transport. Flights have been cancelled and smoke is spreading into Malaysia.

MASSIVE FIREBALL LIGHTS UP SKY OVER MICHIGAN

A brilliant fireball just tore across the sky over Michigan.

The meteor became intensely bright before breaking apart, with cameras capturing the streak as it raced across the night sky.

It lasted nearly five seconds, with sightings reported across Michigan and as far away as Toronto, Canada.

The fireball appeared to be traveling toward the Lake Huron/Ontario region, but where the fragments ultimately ended up has not been confirmed.

Another massive flash overhead — and another unusual sky event captured across a huge area.
