“Spraying Chemicals to Control the Weather” is only ONE ASPECT of weather control

Again, they are never ever going to mention the ionospheric heaters and their “radar stations” that beam up frequencies to INTERACT with the chemicals they spray

It's 2025 and they have accomplished their goal and have indeed secured complete dominance of the weather over The CONUS

Now that we have proof that for AT LEAST the last 30 years (realistically much much longer) there has been major efforts on their end to gain full control of the weather, how have they done it?

If I have learned anything by watching how the government and military operate, the one thing I can say for sure, is that they are peak utilitarian. When they build things, they prefer that those things have the capability to serve multiple purposes

Which brings me back to these guys⬇️

So you would expect these things to be owned by an organization that specilizes in weather, right?

If you, much like I, were under such an impression, your understanding would be running amiss

You know who owns all the Doppler Radars? The Department of Defense

Now why would the DOD have such a vested interested in watching the weather?

Because those things don't just WATCH the weather, they EFFECT it
