(FOX40.COM) — A semi-truck carrying 50,000 pounds of meat jackknifed Sunday morning and caught on fire, resulting in road closures following a car crash, the California Highway Patrol incident page said.
CHP said a crash happened between the semi-truck and another vehicle just before 6:30 a.m. on southbound Interstate 80.
