Tijuana, Mexico San Diego residents near the Tijuana River Channel can expect stronger odors in the area after a sewage line collapsed in Mexico late Friday night. This follows emergency repairs on the same pipe earlier this month. The U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission said it's unclear why the collapse happened and is insisting Mexico make repairs immediately. Newport, UK Homes in New Street in the heart of the Island have been left without power this morning (Sunday), owing to a localised power cut.  A team of 4 Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks specialists is on scene at the busy residential street in Newport and working to rectify the outage that is believed to have been caused by an underground electricity fire earlier today. It is believed that the fault occurred just before 10 am when the fleet descended upon Trafalgar Road, causing vehicles heading down New Street to divert.
