Storm Creation + Storm Destruction

Storm Stoked a big cell directly over Tower Center then dissipated it by running a Spray Op south of it and creating a Mini Cell in its tail to draw and drain its power

Notice the role that Mini Storm Cell is playing in relation to the bigger - Notice how the main cells tail connects way down directly to a tower in Southeast SD - with the Spray Ops and Mini Storm Cell directly in the middle

That spray op made the metal layer that connected all those towers in the upper atmosphere which allows them to do this
