🇷🇺⛽ — Russia's potential diesel export ban could trigger fuel shortages across multiple regions, the Financial Times reports.
➡️ A Russian ban on diesel exports risks causing fuel shortages in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
➡️ Moscow's decision coincides with Trump's announcement ending the US-Iran ceasefire, which has further reduced Persian Gulf supply flows.
➡️ The combined effect has driven a sharp rise in wholesale diesel prices in Europe, with trading data showing prices approaching $135 per barrel.

🚨 FDA wants to nuke your flour with 30 kGy of ionizing radiation
They just accepted a petition to irradiate raw enriched wheat flour to kill E. coli & Salmonella.
For reference: 3-4 Gy is already in the lethal range for humans. This is thousands of times higher (in kGy).
Conventional flour is already stripped of bran, germ, fiber, magnesium, zinc & most B vitamins. They add synthetic ones back… then want to irradiate it anyway — a process known to degrade B vitamins further.
Refined grains already linked to gut dysbiosis & inflammation. Now adding DNA-damaging radiation on top?
Why are we doing this instead of cleaner milling, better hygiene, or actual whole grains?
Your daily bread just got even more processed. Wake up.

Yet more nonsense. This amazing & caring government only wants to rein in the autonomy of people to heat their own homes using wood as fuel.
It’s pleasing thst every comment below the article rumbled their lies.

Concerns Grow Over Microplastics as Researchers Study Potential Health Risks
New research has intensified concerns about human exposure to microplastics and nanoplastics. Researchers have reported detecting plastic particles in multiple human tissues—including the brain, reproductive organs, kidneys, and other organs—prompting further investigation into their potential effects on hormone production and overall health. Some studies have also estimated high concentrations of plastic particles in certain packaged beverages, although measurements vary widely depending on the product and testing methods. Scientists continue to study the long-term health impacts, while calls for stronger regulations to reduce plastic pollution and human exposure are growing.

This is what happened in Cuba when the oil ran out, some 45 years ago. The whole country had to adapt very rapidly to a serious no-food and no-fuel situation. I think you'll find it very instructive to see what they did to avoid absolute catastrophe but they only just made it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeM5emtaVC0

“Guess how many microplastics they found in a can of Coke?”
- Plastic bottles contain 250,000 microplastics per liter
- There are 3.7 million in a single can of Coke
Read that again.
“The numbers just mean that on a daily basis we are ingesting millions and millions of nanoplastics
And if you look at this — they've been found in every single man that's ever been studied in their testicles. They've been found in brain, ovaries, kidneys, every organ in our body is full of these particles. They can directly be damaging to our ability to produce hormones”
There is also research that shows microplastics are being going in our brains. In fact our brains are now 0.5% plastic according to a study by the National Institutes of Health
