The material used to generate that line extends back to the Tropical Storm that just recently dissipated in The Pacific

Due to the fact they've had the Southern Air Systems tied up with that vortex - This is the only way they were going to get water into the north eastern portion of the country - They typically pull it in from the Mexico area and send it NE but the vortex is blocking that route

Talk about going around your elbow lol

Vortex Manipulation + Sky Levee

HOLY SHIT

Clearest example of The Sky Levee in Action - couldn’t get more obvious

Vortex Stalled as long as the SKY LEVEE over Texas is Active - The second the Levee shuts down the vortex breaks loose in its direction

They hyper charge those towers and push up/down the Ionosphere and make a mound the air can’t cross - similar to a levee

Last video shows the Spray Op used as the Battering Ram to get it jolted once the towers shut down and the Sky Levee got out of the way - You can see the vortex jump when the lead spray op rams it with all the air it’s pulling in from the Northeast
