NYC, New York Con Edison said an electrical issue caused a power outage in the Norwood section of The Bronx on Thurs, July 31, leaving some residents without power for a duration of the day.   A video recorded by Norwood resident Marcos Sierra showed smoke billowing out of 2 separate manholes on Mosholu Parkway bw West Gun Hill Road and Gates Place on Thurs, as local residents simultaneously experienced a power outage. A Con Ed representative said, “Our crews responded to a report of a smoking manhole yesterday.
