ALTOONA, Pennsylvania First responders are at the historic Horseshoe Curve Tuesday afternoon for several train cars that have derailed on the tracks. The cars derailed in front of the Horseshoe Curve’s visitors center. Norfolk Southern told WTAJ that 12 cars were involved. UNICOI CO., Tennessee According to TDOT, a sinkhole has developed on I-26 East in Unicoi Co at mile marker 27.8, just past exit 27. TDOT crews are in the process of closing the right lane near SR 359 and Okolona Rd. Repairs are expected to last through Wednesday on the right lane.
