🇹🇭 Massive flash flood swept away tourists trying to take selfies in a restricted area. A group of tourists at Doi Suthep-Pui National Park in Thailand allegedly ignored warning signs and slipped into a restricted area at the Mae Sa Waterfall.
Some of the visitors were swept away by the floods, while others were stuck on rocks as the water rushed by. Park rangers located and rescued all the tourists trapped in the river.

Arttie Martin, who was nearby, said, “It was truly a matter of split seconds… I was just about to take off my shoes and walk into the middle to follow the foreigners and take a photo of the waterfall.”
