Baking items like flour, sugar, oil and cocoa are set to increase. This is because of the increase in wheat expected due to weather and fertilizer shortages. They are predicting price increases for sugar based items because of the hit on sugar with weather and imports. India is tightening their export on sugar as well. This will also affect cocoa prices which were already impacted by weather. Coffee continues to increase because of weather as well. If you see a sale....get on it.
All forms of protein are also taking a hit.
Process and preserve as much as you can now.
