SKILLFUL, the NCS, was not logged during the UTC day. It was called by at least two E6Bs but was always responded to by MAINSAIL even when prompted as SKILLFUL.

E6B activity appeared to be very similar to Saturday's activity. TACAMO PAC was over the PACIFIC with no detected HF or VLF activity. West coast and east coast E6B launched at about the same time and remained airborne over CONUS during the UTC day.
