USDA Announces "data modernization plan" - Technocrats taking over food
Ag Sect. Rollins including the USDA's new plan includes satellite-based crop monitoring, geospatial analysis, and AI models on a cloud-based platform... plus “Working with NASA and other federal government agencies to figure out how we can make this reporting more accurate” on acreage and yield estimation.
The eye in the sky is watching the farms...and when you combine this with the April USDA/Palantir announcement, you can see this is a command-and-control architecture for agriculture: satellite imaging fed into a battlefield intelligence system built by a defense vendor, sold as farmer convenience and food security.
It's planned to scale up to the entire nation soon. What used to be a conspiracy theory is now an open plan...

EIA DELAYS the monthly petroleum supply report.
No data has been released on US production, imports, exports, inventories . . . they claim "technical difficulties" have made it impossible to release. Right now, in the middle of an energy crisis — 11 weeks after Trump said "The world runs out of reserves in 4 weeks."
“operational issues with how our back-end and public-facing systems interact.” And, instead of fixing the problem, they promise to now publish it “sometime in September, once we validate the data.”
After all the can kicking, we are now flying blind. But hey, I'm sure everything is just fine . . .

INTRODUCING: The REAL Sugar Act. This legislation amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit high fructose corn syrup in food intended for human consumption, giving the food industry two years to reformulate before the change takes effect.
High fructose corn syrup is in our bread, our sauces, our drinks, our snacks, driving obesity, diabetes, and chronic disease across this country for decades. Other nations use real sugar.
America chose a cheaper, heavily processed substitute and we are paying for it with our health.
Our bill will also require HHS, through the FDA, to report back to Congress on industry reformulation efforts and any additional steps needed. This is the government finally doing its job by removing the harmful additive from the market, instead of protecting the industries profiting from making us sick.
Make America Healthy Again starts with the ingredients on the label. No more chemically engineered substitutes.
