On the evening of September 11, a severe thunderstorm struck San Antonio, Texas, bringing large hail and causing widespread power outages. Between Converse and Kirby, on the city's east side, observers recorded hail up to 1.5 inches (approximately 3.8 cm) in diameter—roughly the size of a golf ball.
At the height of the storm, more than 8,000 customers in the San Antonio area were without power, with about 4,600 of them located in the Kirby and Converse area. By 11:00 PM, the number of outages had dropped to fewer than 2,000. The severe thunderstorm warning was lifted early, around 10:55 PM, as the storm weakened.

Torrential rains have struck the city of Split and other parts of Dalmatia. The situation was particularly severe in the Trstenik district. According to local weather stations, some areas of Split received more rainfall in a single hour than the monthly average (ranging from 40 to 77 mm). The rainfall was so intense that the city's storm drainage system could not handle the volume of water. Water levels on the streets rose significantly; vehicles struggled to move, and pedestrians had to literally wade through the torrents. In some locations, the force of the water dislodged manhole covers. The heavy rain affected not only Split but also other parts of Dalmatia, with thunderstorms and downpours hitting the Kaštel and Sinj areas, as well as other towns in the region. Footage from Brdo captured the peak of the storm in Split, with wind gusts reaching approximately 95 km/h.

Kasserine, Tunisia

Heavy rains accompanied by hail have been reported in Kasserine Province, causing significant damage to local agriculture. Intense precipitation over the past 24 hours has damaged staple field crops as well as olive and fruit trees. Damage has been recorded in the localities of El Hammad, At-Tabaka, Al-Bawajir, Ibrahim Az-Zahar, and Mehrezah. Crop damage levels in these areas range from 10% to 100%. The most severe losses were recorded in the At-Tabaka and El Hammad areas.
