Teen accused of firing dozens of fireworks from a moving truck that are believed to have sparked the deadly Chelan Hills Fire in July. The fire killed Robert Lister, 69, injured six firefighters and caused more than $6 million in losses. Yakimov faces charges including manslaughter, arson and six counts of assault.
