🚨 CHICKEN HEIST BUST: Thirteen people allegedly got caught unloading a QUARTER-MILLION DOLLARS worth of stolen chicken from an 18-wheeler behind a Memphis hotel.

The U.S. Marshals Service says the Memphis Safe Task Force was looking for 33-year-old Javunte Johnson on an aggravated robbery warrant when officers found him with 12 other people unloading stolen pallets of chicken valued at approximately $250,000.

Authorities say the group took off running when officers arrived, but they still caught ALL 13.

Johnson was charged with firearm possession, while two other men were charged as felons in possession of firearms. Officers recovered three handguns.

MANY questions remain, beginning with what exactly the end game was for $250,000 worth of stolen CHICKEN.

Apparently this particular poultry operation did not go according to plan.
