Reform ‘would accept’ Musk donation - deputy party head
A day after billionaire party treasurer Nick Candy revealed he’d been in contact with Elon Musk, Reform deputy chair Richard Tice confirmed the party’s interest in the Tesla & SpaceX boss possibly contributing.
Although talk of a £80 million donation has been rubbished by party head Nigel Farage, Musk has supported Reform online, suggesting he believes they will win the next election, while Tice claimed Musk saw Reform as “the party of common sense”.
Current UK rules dictate any donation over £500 to a UK political party must be made by a British-based or registered.
