#BREAKING – Mass Internet shutdown in #Russia – record broken!

Over the past 24 hours, 74 out of 89 regions of the Russia reported mobile Internet outages.

In 47 of them, even the wired Internet was disconnected; such a large-scale collapse has never been recorded before.
