Per Radio traffic the Hazmat team has made entry into the residence and “neutralized” the chemical(s) and the scene is being rendered safe now.

It is unknown at this time what these chemicals were.

Newport Beach Police and Fire are responding to some sort of Hazmat incident on Carnation Ave, they are getting help from HB Fire and Anaheim Fire Hazmat units. At least 1 person has been transported to an area hospital.
